Since its inception, the St. Moritz Celebrity Golf Cup has evolved into a prominent charity event that supports significant nonprofit organizations every year.

Featuring a unique mix of celebrities, golf professionals, and enthusiastic amateur players from around the world, the St. Moritz Celebrity Golf Cup is not only an opportunity to enjoy the game of golf against the breathtaking backdrop of St. Moritz, but also a chance to do good. Every year, people come together not only to showcase their sporting prowess but also to contribute to charitable causes.

The Trust was formed in 2004 when a new agreement was reached with Ryder Cup Europe to include the European PGAs at the RCEDT. In addition to the PGA of Great Britain and Ireland and the European Tour, a 20/20/60 split was created.

Since then, the Trust has supported over 35 projects in more than 30 countries, with over £2.2 million in funds awarded to projects ranging from free lessons at European Tour events, golf initiatives for the disabled, to junior and educational programmes are sufficient.

Golf Sixes League

The St. Moritz Celebrity Golf Cup is proud to announce its support for the Golf Sixes League Switzerland for Juniors as one of our designated beneficiaries. Through our charity initiative, we will be backing the Golf Sixes League Switzerland for Juniors to foster enthusiasm for the sport of golf among young individuals and provide them with a platform to develop their skills.

As part of our mission to support nonprofit organizations and programs that have a positive impact on the community, we are excited to collaborate with the Golf Sixes League Switzerland for Juniors. This initiative not only offers an opportunity for young golfers to advance their athletic abilities but also instills values such as teamwork, fair play, and dedication.
